Toltrazuril sulfone is an active metabolite of the coccidiostat toltrazuril . Toltrazuril sulfone is formed from toltrazuril via the intermediate metabolite toltrazuril sulfoxide by cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes, including CYP3A.
